Place the title of your paper clearly at the top of the poster to allow viewers to easily identify your paper.Please ask the conference assistants, if you cannot locate a chair and they will be happy to help you. There are also chairs for those who need a break from standing.Please note that storing items is at your own risk and this space cannot be locked. The tabletop of the table attached to your poster board can be lifted to store items (e.g., your poster tube or jacket etc.).You can bring your laptop or other device to show additional data, animations, or presentations. All physical poster boards have power supply and a table attached to the board.Depending on their scheduled presentation form (on-site or virtual), presenting authors are either expected to be present at their on-site poster board in Vienna, or at the virtual poster board in Gather.Town as represented by their avatar.The authors in attendance time of each poster session is given in the programme.The authors in attendance time is the time when the respective authors of a poster session must be present at their display for presentation.Those on-site posters will not be stored. After this time, the remaining on-site posters will be removed and disposed of by the conference staff. ![]() Authors of on-site posters are asked to take down their posters between 19:00 and 19:30.Authors of on-site posters are kindly asked to put up their posters as soon as possible on the day of the specific poster session (08:00–08:30, but not in the evening before the scheduled display day).The general display time is 08:00–19:00.Presenters taking part in the OSPP contest are asked to download a QR code for their abstract and add it to the presentation to allow attendees to easily access the judging form.Virtual posters are grouped in specific clusters where the first part of the poster board number indicates the virtual poster area and the second part the running number of the respective virtual poster board in that area.A link to access to the Gather.Town space will appear in the programme of the session.The number of each poster abstract and of its corresponding virtual poster board is provided in the appropriate session programme.
